About Me

After spending 17 years working in a busy creative industry, overcoming health issues in 2016 led me on a journey to find out more about complementary therapy.

For the first time in my life, I really wanted to understand how all the systems of the body function and interconnect, how stress affects the body and how complementary therapy can help individuals to regain their sense of well-being especially after, or even during, a difficult period in their life.

Holistic Massage is relaxing and rewarding for the client but also for the therapist. I love feeling the sense of calmness in my client that is created through massage. I also love Deep Tissue work as relaxing and stretching out tight, tense muscles is so satisfying and rewarding!

With my mobile massage couch, I regularly visit clients in their West London homes. Some clients prefer to visit me in my home in Acton but, please note, I do share my home with Bobo, a very friendly Cockapoo. She won’t be present during the massage but she may like to meet and greet you when you arrive. Please don’t hesitate to let me know if you would prefer see me in my home but not meet Bobo.

I have trained at Richdales Institute, based in Hammersmith Hospital, and am a member of the Complementary Therapists Association.

When I am not massaging, or learning new massage techniques, you can most probably find me on the yoga mat at Yoga West or in the park with Bobo!
